Digital Marketing Executive

The Company

We are delighted to be working with an entrepreneurial, fast-paced business who market and sell some well-known brands in the fast-growing health and nutrition space.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Brand Manager, the marketing executive has varied responsibilities, most focused on digital channels and activity. Activities include:

  • Working with the Brand Manager to help develop and implement the online marketing strategy
  • Assisting with the management of all social media activity, organic and paid
  • Sourcing, planning and scheduling of content for our consumer website including articles, interviews & reviews
  • Ownership of the communications strategy to utilise and grow our existing database; building customer flows, automated campaigns and ensuring all email marketing is effective
  • Conduct research, provide analyse and monitor performance of all online activity and offer ideas and strategies for improvement
  • Providing creative copywriting and proofreading for various marketing material including brochures and e-mail campaigns
  • Contributing to key account and independent retailer marketing – both in-store and online

The Person

  • Ideally a grad with a relevant marketing, English, Journalism degree
  • Ideally minimum sandwich year and /or 1-2 years varied digital marketing experience in industry
  • An interest in health/fitness/nutrition
  • Personable and keen to develop their career over the long term
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Good understanding of online marketing in general but specifically SEO, CRM & Social Media
  • Excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a strong communicator written & verbal
